Studio5

Fractional FDE

Forward-deployed engineers, without the full-time hire.

Your enterprise pilot is signed. Now someone has to make it work inside your customer’s systems, security review and data. Studio5 embeds engineers who own that, from first workshop to production.

04, How it runs

  1. 01 · Weeks 1 to 2

    Map

Shadow the users, map the systems, agree the one metric that defines success.

We sit with operators and document the real workflow, including the edge cases nobody wrote down.

  2. 02 · Weeks 3 to 8

    Ship

Integrations, agent logic, evals and security answers, with a working demo every week.

Everything runs in the customer’s environment from week 3, behind their SSO.

  3. 03 · Weeks 9 to 12

    Convert

Production cutover and adoption, then a clean handover or we stay on.

We track adoption against the agreed metric through to the renewal decision.

05, Pricing

Monthly fee, with an optional success fee when the pilot converts.
